Job duties:
-  Provide day-to-day support on Human Resources and Administration functions
-  Maintain and update employee database and filling systems
-  Prepare payroll, keep attendance records, medical claims & etc.
-  Participate in ad-hoc projects as requested
 
Requirements:
-  Post-secondary education on Human Resources program is preferable
-  Minimum of 2-3 years' relevant experience in Human Resources field 
-  Candidate with less experience will be considered as HR & Admin Assistant
-  Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
-  Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-  Organized and detail-oriented
-  Proficient in MS Office software
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00
