Important booking formation︰

1.    Quotation︰

• The quotation generated is in Hong Kong Dollar (HKD). 
• The quotation for the single trip service has included the lowest tunnel fee and bridge charges.
• The client selected toll fee routing and car parks fee will be charged at cost. 
• Special offer is subject to first come, first served basis, we reserve the right to confirm the service to anyone.

2.    Order Confirmation︰

• You can submit your order through the online booking platform and settle the payment. The confirmation will be sent to your email box later.
• The driver’s contact will be provided by email/SMS before the appointment.

3.    Regulated Sections︰

• If your itinerary involves the road control area, you need to apply permissions to the relevant unit. If you are going to the Frontier Closed Area (e.g. Chung Ying Stress, Shenzhen Bay Border– HK), please use the cross-border service.

4.    Waiting or Timeout terms︰

• 15 minutes of free waiting is offered. 
• Free waiting for arrival service at the airport is 60 minutes (count from flight actual landed time). Please provide the flight information when placing an order.
• HK$300 will be applied every 30 minutes after the above free waiting or overtime.

5.    Luggage

• The carrying capacity of each vehicle for luggage is calculated based on the 24”inch standard size luggage (64cm x 41cm x 23cm). 
• We assume no liability for any loss of property or valuable articles inside the baggage; any loss of personal belongings in the vehicle or perishable articles and any legal fees and cost of any kind relating to the passenger’s claimed.

6.    Cancel or Modify Order︰

• If you need to cancel or modify the online reservation order, you must submit the request no less than 48 hours before the scheduled order. Otherwise, no refund will be allowed.
• Customer does not use the service or we cannot provide the reserved service due to bad weather (such as a black rainstorm, tropical cyclone signal No 8 or above), no handling charge will be collected.
